In an effort to continue to maintain transparency, I am publishing my Production Build Line (Build Schedule) below.
This table is sorted by order date (older orders at the top, newer orders at the bottom). The usual first come, first served basis. You will be able to see where you fall in the build schedule via your customer number.
Under the Qty (Quantity) column the designation ‘1+’ indicates a corporate flight department or sales group order of 10 to 20+ watches.
When building starts I will build from this list from top to bottom. Remember, when I reach flight department builds, I will build 5 watches then build an individual watch, then go back and build 5 more of the flight department watches. This will help ensure flight department orders don’t consume all of my build time.
Important: When I reach your build and do not have your 100.00 deposit and/or options yet, I will send you a reminder. If I’m still waiting for it, I will move on to the next customer in the table and start building their watch. When I finally receive your deposit and your options list, you will become an active build. Remember that when I receive your options then and only then can I order your watch parts. This will take approximately 10 to 15 days to get the parts to me. So it is important that you get your options to me as soon as you know what they are.
So depending on what happens with customers above you in this table, your build slot could be moved up to an earlier build date.
Check this page from time to time to see your status changes. If you have any questions please email or call me.

Key:
Active == I’ve enter the customer number into the build line. There are no issues preventing this watch from moving normally through the build schedule when it’s time comes.
dr == deposit requested
dp == deposit paid. Work can begin.
Building == I’m actually building these watches now.
Block # == the next block of watches to be built. Usually 5 watches.
24 Hour == building is complete and watch has entered into the 24 hour time check phase and initial break in period. At this point I send an initial photo of the watch and ask for final payment plus shipping. Normally, I ship the next day after receiving final payment.
Pending == I’m waiting for something from the customer. A decision of some kind has to be made before their watch status can move out of Pending. If the customer doesn’t provide me with the options they want when their build block comes up, then I have to move them to the next build block.
Finished == I’ve finished building the watch and getting it ready to ship.
Shipped == the day everyone waits for!
Hold == a serious issue is impacting the production schedule of this watch build. More than likely this customer will be removed from the build line. Usually the issue is there is no longer communication from the customer.
